Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Ireland). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (IST) or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Ireland & United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
- European Union: 7–12 business days
- United States & Canada: 8–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier disruptions, peak seasons, or events outside our control (force majeure).
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard worldwide shipping on all qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time on our Track Order page. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, or has arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the issue at lumierhelp@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the matter and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
