Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LUMIER website and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About Us
LUMIER ("we", "us", "our") operates this website from Ireland. Contact: lumierhelp@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
3. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display products and prices accurately. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from on-screen depictions. All prices are in Euro (€) unless stated and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline orders at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, stock unavailability, incorrect pricing) and will refund any payment in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via secure third-party providers. You warrant that the payment details you provide are valid and authorised.
6. Shipping & Returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which includes your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Irish/EU law.
7. Use of the Website
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to introduce malware, or to interfere with the site's operation. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the LUMIER name, logos, product images, text and design — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer & Liability
Our products are cosmetic accessories. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience irritation. Patch-testing is recommended. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a product is limited to the price paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version always applies to new orders.
